1. General
This Policy describes how personal data is processed on this website and the measures taken to protect it, in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.

2. What data we process
Through the contact form: name, company name, e-mail address, phone number and the message text — only data you enter voluntarily.
Web server technical records: IP address, date and time of the request, User-Agent string, requested URL. These records are needed to keep the site available and secure.
The site uses no advertising or analytics trackers, sets no profiling cookies and shares no data with ad networks.
3. Purposes
Handling requests submitted through the website and contacting the sender.
Protecting the website against automated attacks and abuse, and investigating security incidents.
4. Legal basis
Consent of the data subject, given via the checkbox in the contact form.
The operator’s legitimate interest in keeping the information system secure.
5. Retention
Contact form requests are kept for no more than 12 months unless a longer period is required to perform a contract.
Web server logs are kept for no more than 30 days and are then deleted automatically.
6. Disclosure to third parties
Personal data is never sold and is not shared with third parties except where required by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Requests may be delivered to the operator’s staff by e-mail and through an internal Telegram channel; no other external services are used to process requests.
Personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation is processed and stored using databases located in the Russian Federation.
7. Security measures
Traffic between the browser and the site is protected with TLS. The site is served over HTTPS only; HTTP is redirected to HTTPS.
Server access is restricted, administrators use multi-factor authentication, actions are logged and security updates are applied regularly.
Rate limiting, input validation and anti-bot protection are applied to form submissions.
8. Your rights
You may request information about the processing of your personal data, ask for it to be corrected, blocked or deleted, and withdraw your consent at any time.

9. Reporting a vulnerability
If you find a security issue on this website, please report it to security@eurasianfoodgroup.ru. We do not pursue researchers who act in good faith and do not harm user data.
